Professor Hsieh noted, “The purpose of this visit is to enhance students’ understanding of the industry, allowing the theoretical knowledge learned in the classroom to be connected with real-world practice. At the same time, we aim to inspire students to pursue careers in innovation, entrepreneurship, and production-sales management.”
During the course of the visit, students not only witnessed the company's implementation of AI management tools and real-time data analysis systems but also engaged in on-site Q&A sessions to learn how the company applies lean processes to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and meet carbon neutrality goals.

Associate Professor Hsieh has long been devoted to practical teaching and interdisciplinary industry-academia collaboration. This visit represents a key part of the university’s educational planning. Going forward, the university plans to integrate more corporate participation programs to strengthen its “learning-integrated-with-application” teaching model, providing students with a solid foundation for career preparation and long-term development.
