To achieve our digital transformation goals, we have overhauled both our management and manufacturing processes. By implementing Lean Management, we have streamlined production through small-batch manufacturing and integrated carbon auditing practices. Our focus on material management has led to improved factory environment and operational efficiency. Additionally, we enforce strict first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory practices and implement detailed color management for coatings to maintain quality across production lines.

Our carbon auditing initiative has pinpointed critical energy consumption areas, allowing us to plan precise energy-saving measures and significantly reduce carbon emissions. MANAGING TECHNOLOGY achieved ISO 14064-1:2018 certification, solidifying our position as an environmentally responsible model within Taiwan’s manufacturing sector.

Following the transformation of our management and manufacturing processes, we have fully digitized our operations resource management and production execution management. By implementing an advanced ERP system, we’ve digitized key areas such as sales, procurement, and production management. In parallel, we introduced the MES system to digitize production data, covering every aspect from material intake to final quality inspection. The integration of ERP and MES systems creates a seamless flow of information across all stages of production, improving data accuracy and operational efficiency.
