Driving Green Transformation & Lean Production for a Sustainable Future.
We are grateful to the Industrial Development Bureau (IDB) and Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) for organizing the recent Green Transformation and Digital Manufacturing visit. It was an honor to engage with senior executives and leaders from NCKU EMBA and Taiwan Spring Institute, sharing insights into the future of businesses in terms of sustainability and technological advancement.
Standing on the shoulders of giants, we are proud to serve as a model for others. We firmly believe that future success lies not only in technological breakthroughs but also in how we integrate environmental sustainability and digitalization to create more sustainable business models. During the event, we had the opportunity to share our practical experiences in green transformation and digital manufacturing.

By embracing Lean principles, we have actively promoted 5S environmental management practices on the shop floor to control value streams and achieve Just-In-Time (JIT) production and automation. Our focus on minimizing the seven major wastes ensures efficiency and energy savings throughout the production process. As we implement Lean education, we also reinforce quality awareness, using the 5Why analysis method to identify root causes and standardize operations, driving continuous improvement. These initiatives have not only shortened product life cycles but also helped us build a resilient supply chain, accelerating our transition to net-zero.
At Managing Technology, we aspire to leverage our experience to guide our entire supply chain toward a sustainable future. This event has further strengthened our commitment to driving green transformation and digital manufacturing. We believe that only through collaboration can we advance towards a greener, smarter future.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all participants for their enthusiastic interactions. We look forward to collaborating with more partners to create a new chapter in the integration of sustainability and technology in the near future!
