Managing Technology General Manager Chang Chia-Lieh Wins 2025 Yushan Award for Outstanding Leadership, Recognized for Innovation and Sustainability in Industry

The winners of the 2025 Yushan Award were recently announced, and Chang Chia-Lieh, General Manager of Managing Technology Co., Ltd., stood out among the nominees to receive the prestigious "Outstanding Leadership Award," a recognition that has drawn significant attention from both the industry and the public. This award not only highlights Mr. Chang's exceptional performance in business management but also affirms his long-standing dedication to digital transformation, green manufacturing, and industrial upgrading—establishing a benchmark for Taiwan’s surface treatment industry.

In addition to leading Managing Technology, Mr. Chang also serves as Chairman of both the Taiwan Association for Transformation and Innovation and the Changhua Water Hardware Industry Association. He has long been committed to upgrading traditional industries and promoting smart supply chains by actively bridging academic and industrial resources, implementing digital tools, and introducing ESG governance principles. Under his leadership, Managing Technology became the first coating factory in the industry to achieve full-process digital management, with comprehensive upgrades in equipment monitoring, order scheduling, real-time quality inspection, and carbon footprint tracking.
