Empowering Transformation: Our Commitment to Green Manufacturing and Social Responsibility

We are excited to share the latest developments from Managing Technology as we continue to transform our operations towards a smarter, greener future.
Recently, we were honored to be invited by the Taiwan Surface Finishing Association to participate in a sharing session where we provided valuable insights into our experience and challenges during the transition from paper-based operations to a smarter, more digital workflow. Our goal was to foster resource-sharing within the industry and help everyone stay aligned with the global trend of energy efficiency and paper reduction.
During the session, Managing Technology showcased how we leveraged available resources to build a fully integrated smart factory, expanding equipment networking and successfully establishing a digital management system. Our efforts have effectively reduced the issues related to incomplete or missing paper documentation. For example, tasks that once took our specialists two hours to complete manually are now reduced to just 30 minutes with electronic forms. Our employees can now perform tasks easily through computers, improving efficiency across the board. Additionally, real-time monitoring of equipment production statuses has allowed us to address the challenges of traditional paper-based workflows while significantly boosting order processing efficiency.
Our managing director, Mr. Chang Chia-Lieh, emphasized that digitalization is not only a significant step in improving internal communication efficiency but also an essential component for the continued progress of any business. In addition to sharing our journey of digital transformation, he reiterated our commitment to environmental responsibility and encouraged other companies to embark on the green transformation journey as well.
Furthermore, we actively motivate and assist our team members in engaging in various charitable initiatives that align with societal needs. By incorporating these efforts into our corporate social responsibility framework, we aim to make a meaningful impact on society and foster a culture of giving within our organization.
Lastly, Mr. Chang also took this opportunity to call on everyone to support the upcoming Polio Run, where we will join individuals with disabilities to run side-by-side, showing our commitment to social responsibility. He highlighted that supporting vulnerable groups is not just an act of kindness but a social responsibility. Participating in such charitable activities not only expresses care but also spreads positive energy through actions. At Managing Technology, we remain dedicated to green initiatives and social welfare causes and look forward to collaborating with more partners to create a sustainable future.
Thank you for your continued support.
