Thanks to the new digital systems we’ve implemented, we've significantly reduced the time needed to process orders and paperwork—from approximately two hours to just 30 minutes. This shift not only improves workflow efficiency but also boosts overall productivity, enabling our employees to focus on higher-value tasks.
Through this collaboration with Daya University, students like Liu Jia-Wei have gained hands-on experience in surface treatment technology, learning essential skills and applying them directly to real-world challenges. We provide the necessary equipment and support for students to engage in research and testing, sharing valuable insights from operational difficulties and their solutions. These practical experiences not only enhance students' problem-solving abilities but also prepare them to seamlessly transition into the workforce, equipped with the technical knowledge and skills required for success.
Our partnership with academia extends beyond training the next generation of professionals. By bridging the gap between industry and academia, we help foster a two-way exchange of knowledge and experience, allowing students’ research efforts to be industrialized and integrating real-world practices into their academic curriculum.
